TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review the following terms before booking with The Rare Experience.
Reservations
All reservations with The Rare Experience must be made in advance and are subject to availability. To confirm and secure a booking, clients may be required to provide a valid credit or debit card or submit a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Rates are determined based on several factors including vehicle type, service duration, distance traveled, number of passengers, and the type of service requested. Once a reservation is confirmed, clients will receive booking details and instructions regarding the remaining balance and service arrangements.
Cancellations
Clients are required to cancel their reservation at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made within the required timeframe will prevent cancellation penalties; however, any deposit used to secure the booking may remain non-refundable. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 50% of the total service amount, depending on the circumstances of the booking. The Rare Experience reserves the right to enforce cancellation fees to cover operational costs associated with reserved vehicles and scheduled drivers.
Service Policy
A 15-minute grace period is included for scheduled pickups to allow for minor delays. If the client requires additional waiting time beyond the grace period, waiting charges may apply depending on the service type. Additional fees may also apply for overtime service, route changes, additional stops, parking fees, tolls, or extended travel time. Any damages caused to the vehicle during the service may result in repair or cleaning charges billed to the client.
Passenger Guidelines
For the safety and comfort of all passengers and drivers, clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout the service. Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in a $100–$300 cleaning fee depending on vehicle. Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver. Any behavior that compromises safety, causes damage to the vehicle, or disrupts the service may result in additional charges or termination of the trip without refund.

Full booking policies, service details, and any additional terms may be provided at the time of reservation confirmation. By booking and using the services of The Rare Experience, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
